Aqua Healing
Aqua healing is a new kind of bodywork. It happens in a pool with nice hot water. ( temp ap. 35°). By holding the klient in my arms and gently moving - rocking him/her, the body, mind and emotions relax, and creates an opening for deep healing.
And deep Healing happens.
Sometimes the session happens under the surface of the water and you can experience a kind of weightless space with a deep connection to the Universe.
To trust and to surrender are keywords for this work.
Marita, you know only one life, the life of the ego. It is not much of a life -- it is only suffering, misery, sleep, dream -- but that's the only life you know. One birth is from the mother, the physical, the biological birth. Another birth is through the Master, the spiritual birth, the religious birth.
