Often we tend to live in polarities in our relating to friends, lovers and family.
We have the belief that love and freedom cannot exist at the same time.
In this festival we will explore different dimensions of love and freedom,
and look for how they can coexist on an inner and outer level in our daily
life. The Spring Festival is an opportunity to come and visit Osho Risk for
the first time, or to come back as an old friend. Together, we will enjoy the
full blooming of the spring in the framework of four days of meditations,
workshops, sharings, music and dance.

While most of us have tasted the world of the bigger self - a world
of being, of loving, peaceful presence - most of the time we live
within a much smaller world of personal identity.
In this smaller world of identity, we live within borders determined by the past, and held in place by an endless variety of feelings such as isolation, struggle, aloneness, ambition, fear, and limitations. We are so pre-occupied by this smaller world that we seldom see the big world around us and know the fullness of our self and its place in this big world.
This process is so automatic that we seldom take a good look and question it.
In this course we will explore: “What is identity? Where does it come from? How do we become attached to it? Why do we carry old identity to deal with present tense experience? Why do we orient our whole lives around it? Are there other options?”
As we understand identity, we discover the opportunity to move into more satisfying ways of being. We can discover what is on the other side of identity. As we learn how to release out of identity, we can reclaim our ability to live in the flow of presence and to discover the living intelligence of our true nature.

This course is a journey into exploring many different aspects of
the voice. It is deeply healing to dive into singing. Singing experience
is not necessary to participate, just openness and a longing to
set your voice free. It is a highly individual journey where each
person travels at his or her own speed.
We will be moving through different kinds of singing: tones, chants, songs, vocal celebrations, voice meditation and vocal improvisation. Together we create a loving and accepting atmosphere where we feel safe to play and experiment.
This group is for anyone who wants to go beyond the known limitations, to explore the voice and expand its expression. When the voice is free, we can relax and express who we are. Our voice is a natural tool for reaching out as well as for resting within.
