Often we want to ‘get rid of’ the things we feel limit us by changing or repressing them. We have a tendency to bounce between polar parts of our personality. It becomes impossible to live in the moment and relate from our wholeness.
Transessence takes us to an empty, larger space within ourselves. The compassion that radiates from this centre, this neutral place, makes it possible to bring a new understanding to the different parts of ourselves.
Seeing with the pure and clean eyes of our center is transforming. It becomes so easy to experience ourselves as the essence beyond personality.

Swallow the animal! That is the way to transform it. That is the way to transmute lower energies into higher energies.
You are given a great opportunity. You have been thrown out of the sea -- this is the opportunity; expelled from the Garden of Eden -- this is the opportunity. Adam can become Christ if he uses the opportunity well. Use the opportunity: eat the animal, digest the animal. Don't try to cut it off, otherwise you will become poorer. Don't try to destroy it as your so-.called saints have been doing down the ages, otherwise you will be dull and dead, insipid. Don't repress it, otherwise it will take revenge -- the animal is animal. One day it will jump upon you with such vengeance that you will be destroyed by it.
And don't try to persuade it because it cannot be persuaded. Its demands are infinite, its thirst cannot be quenched by anything. Give it anything and it immediately asks for something more. The 'more' is its very way of living.
So don't befool yourself that cigarettes and ice cream and things like that will help the animal to subside and to be calmed. No, you will need great insight into the animal, you will need great acquaintance with the animal. You will need very deep awareness of the working of the animal. And you will have to digest it slowly slowly, gradually, so that one day the animal becomes part of your being.
The animal has great energy, that's why it is called animal. 'Anima' means aliveness, power, vitality; 'animal' means one who is vital. The saints cut their roots from the animal; they became non-vital. That's why they have not been able to transform the whole world -- they were not even able to transform their own selves. They became impotent. Rather than becoming more potent, rather than becoming omnipotent, they became impotent. Hence I am not for suppression.
I am for understanding, I am for transformation. And if the animal is transformed and absorbed by the essence, you will feel great power, great fire. Tantric love is a deep meeting of male and female energies in body, heart and soul. It is inviting your own, and your partner’s inner godliness, as an expression of your true nature. In the polarity between male and female energy there is an energyfield that is supportive to meditation. Tantric love is a way to say yes to everything, to meet in a relaxed and melting oneness with the beloved.
This course is centered around tantric meditations with a partner of the opposite sex. These meditations are primarily inspired by the ancient Indian scripture ”Vigyan Bhairav Tantra”. We will be working with breathing, touch, the heart and the chakras, and look at the female and male polarities in the group.
There will also be space for sharings and feedback, where it is possible to go deeper into whatever issues are emerging for you in the process. The group will consist of an equal number of men and women. You can come alone or with a partner.

Ground: When we allow our body to ground, to be in flow with the earth, it becomes a deep resource of stability and inherent intelligence. This ground supports us, especially in times of opening the heart or allowing feelings, or discovering a fresh way of relating to the world.
Transformation: The body has enormous powers for transformation. When we learn to trust the body, it reveals that it has natural movements inside it. By allowing the wisdom of the body in movement, we transform feeling and come closer and closer to our core. We discover that it is not just our body or feelings that are flowing, it is the nature of our being itself coming through the flow.
Light: Bringing presence to the body activates the luminous intelligence in the body. This luminous intelligence brings us wonder and joy just in the simple fact of being. You will experience the graceful quality of your own love light as it releases in and through your body and out into the world around you.
